Shipping Policy

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items.

If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

A shipment takes 2-28 business days to arrive, due to varying shipping times to international destinations.

United Kingdom - 2-5 days with self collection available

Portugal- 2- 5 days with self collection available

EEA- 10-20 days

USA, Asia, South America, Africa- 10-28 days

Return & Exchange Policy

INIKO offers a considerate returns policy that aims at letting you buy with confidence. In case you change your mind about your purchase or you are not satisfied with our products then you can return it to the brand within 28 days of the delivery. All items can be refunded. However, for health and safety reasons swimwear products must have the hygiene strips and tags intact and in place.

If you want to return your order then you have to contact the customer support team by email ( support@inikoshops.com) within 28 days of the delivery. They will guide you through the return process. Generally, you have to send back your goods via recorded mail service, if they qualify for a return. You have to bear return shipping expenses. However, if you want to return a faulty or defective item then INIKO is responsible for arranging for a full refund and shipping charges.
